Shipping & export policy
We ship insured from Michigan to US addresses. International sales are possible for some products, but only through a reviewed quote, never through the cart.
Domestic shipping
- All orders ship to US addresses, fully insured, with tracking.
- In-stock hardware typically ships within 2 business days.
- Used units ship in protective packaging with the accessories listed on the specific unit.
- Software licenses and activation keys are delivered electronically; nothing ships.
Export control statement
Fingerprint identification and booking equipment sold on this site is classified under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 3A981 (Crime Control) by the US Department of Commerce. Exporting this equipment requires a license for most destinations. For that reason:
- Checkout is limited to US shipping addresses. This is enforced at order placement, not just in the address form.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders when we know the goods are bound for re-export.
- International purchase interest is handled as a quote request with a manual export review, including denied-party screening.
If your organization is outside the United States, contact us with your destination country and intended use, and we will tell you honestly whether we can lawfully supply you.
Damaged in transit?
Every shipment is insured. Photograph the packaging and the unit as received and contact us within 5 business days of delivery; we will file the claim and get a replacement moving without making you wait on the carrier.
